Our Consular District includes the whole territory of the United Kingdom excluding Scotland.
The Visa Section is open to individual applicants from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 12:00 (noon). Last applications are accepted by 11:45.
The Notary Section is open week-days (except Wednesdays) between 09:00 and 12:00 (noon) and between 14:00 and 16:30.
The Passport Section is open on week-days (except Wednesdays) between 09:00 and 12:00 (noon).
The Russian citizenship and the travel documents' section is open on weekdays (except Wednesdays) between 09:00 and 12:00 (noon) and between 14:00 and 16:30.
Please note that the Russian Consulate is closed on weekends and Russian public holidays.
