Working Hours

Our Consular District includes the whole territory of the United Kingdom excluding Scotland.

The Notary Section is open weekdays (except Wednesdays) from 08:45 to12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 (also takes up applications for the certificate of no criminal record, pension issues).

The Passport Section (renewal of adopted children passports - on Wednesdays from 14.00 to 17.00).

Please note that the Russian Consulate is closed on weekends and Russian public holidays.
